spaces with spectacles for the public free of charge.  In 2003 the re-vitalization of the medieval mystery play for the 21st century began in Orvieto, Italy.
In 2005 Colombari started taking Strangers and Other Angels to the streets of New York City.
In 2008 the theatrical investigation of Whitman's More or Less I Am began around New York City.  In 2009 Flannery O'Connor's Everything That Rises Must Converge performed in New York and Rome. The past and present merge ... now together let us move forward performer and audience".

Karin Coonrod

Compagnia de' Colombari is led by Karin Coonrod, whose work has been
hailed by the New York Times as "prodigiously inventive." Coonrod was the
founding director of downtown theater company, Arden Party, lauded for its
inspired reimagining of classic plays. She won widespread acclaim for her
epic production of Henry VI at the Joseph Papp Public Theater in 1996.
